In an attempt to highlight the importance of good customer service – in a sector renowned for its bad service – bank Tandem created a prank video showing poor service in a real-life pub setting.



This is a great example of a couple of things - firstly it highlights the sort of mindless behaviour that all companies are capable of when they think from the Inside Out (Process creating Experience) rather than Outside In (Experience defining Process).

Secondly, it is a great conversation starter to help the discussion around what you, the CUSTOMER, want your Customer Experience to be like.
